We offer an online availability calendar that shows all open dates for weddings and events at Bayou Haven.

How do I reserve a date to ensure it’s not booked by someone else?
To officially reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required. This secures your date exclusively for you, as we decline all other inquiries for that date. Your deposit also locks in your wedding and reception pricing.
Once your contract is signed:
• $250 is held as a Security Deposit.
• $250 is applied toward your Venue Rental.
Following your event, the Security Deposit will be fully refunded within 10 days, provided no damage to the property has occurred.
If your plans change, your deposit may be transferred to another available date.

Due to the high demand for popular dates at Bayou Haven, we’re unable to hold dates without a signed contract and deposit. All dates remain available to others until a reservation deposit is place on the date.

If we choose the one-day rental option, can we access the venue the day prior for a ceremony rehearsal?
Whenever possible, we love giving our couples the opportunity to rehearse onsite. If no other event is scheduled the day before your wedding, you are welcome to hold your rehearsal at Bayou Haven at no additional charge. On those days, the venue will be available from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM for your rehearsal.
If another event is booked the day prior, you’ll still have options. You can either:
• Schedule your rehearsal earlier in the week, or
• Conduct a walk-through on the day of your wedding before guests arrive.
In cases where the venue is unavailable the day before, we’ll provide detailed layout measurements and spacing guides so you can easily recreate the setup at another location and walk your bridal party through the ceremony flow.
